Robert Adams practices primarily in the area of litigation, concentrating in complex business and commercial litigation, in both New Jersey and New York Federal and State Courts. Mr. Adams also practices in the area of probate litigation. Mr. Adams also has experience in the arbitration and mediation of business and commercial disputes. He represents a wide variety of clients, from large corporations to individual entrepreneurs. Mr. Adams also counsels clients in employment and general business matters and often serves, in essence, as the clients general counsel.
Mr. Adams is a graduate of Boston University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law.
Mr. Adams is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Adams is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts where he serves as a mediator in the MediateArt program.
