Brian J. Beller is an associate at Phillips Nizer LLP in the Real Estate Department where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, the acquisition and sale of real estate, commercial lending and other general real estate matters.

Mr. Beller’s experience includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing, as well as representing clients in lease dispositions, assignments and sublets.

Mr. Beller received his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Indiana University.
