Crew Schielke is an associate in the Firm’s New Jersey office where he focuses his practice on civil litigation in both New Jersey and New York federal and state courts. Mr. Schielke has experience representing individuals, partnerships, small and large corporations, condominium associations, and other forms of business entities, and regularly handles commercial and estate litigation, involving general equity, probate, real estate, consumer protection, foreclosure, landlord-tenant and collection practice issues. He assists the litigation department by participating in diverse aspects of complex commercial and other civil litigation.

Mr. Schielke is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Shortly after completing law school, Mr. Schielke clerked for the Honorable Gerald C. Escala, P. J. Ch. Div., of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County.
