Laura B. Schiller is an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department where she focuses on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and trust and estate administration.

Ms. Schiller earned her Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2004 and her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from New York University in 2007 where she was a student editor of the Tax Law Review.  Ms. Schiller was awarded an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2010.  She is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Phillips Nizer, Ms. Schiller was an associate in the Trusts and Estates department of an international law firm in New York City.
