Tiberio Schwartz is a partner in the Tax Department and the Trusts and Estates Department at Phillips Nizer LLP.  His practice encompasses both domestic and international matters.  He specializes in complicated U.S. and international estate planning and succession planning, the creation and administration of trusts and other wealth transfer techniques and wealth preservation entities and the preservation of family-owned businesses.  He advises U.S. and foreign individuals, multinational families and fiduciaries, as well as their professional advisors.

Mr. Schwartz’s practice also involves the structuring of a wide variety of domestic and cross-border corporate and partnership transactions.

He is a member of the New York State and Florida Bar Associations.

Mr. Schwartz is a native of Colombia, South America and is fluent in Spanish.
