Kathryn T. Lundy is an associate in the Litigation Department where she focuses in labor and employment law and commercial litigation. 

Ms. Lundy earned her Bachelors of Arts and Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2003 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2006.  She is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Phillips Nizer, Ms. Lundy was a litigation associate at a firm in New York.
