Stacey B. Weinberg is counsel in the Trusts and Estates Department at Phillips Nizer LLP.  Her practice focuses on estate planning for high net worth individuals. 

Ms. Weinberg received an A.B. with distinction in all subjects from Cornell University in 1997 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2000.  While attending New York University, she served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law.  She received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2002.
