John F. Wilk is a member of the Entertainment and Intellectual Property Departments. Mr. Wilk specializes in entertainment, copyright and trademark matters and is a member of the International Trademark Association and the Copyright Society of the United States.
While at Rutgers University, Mr. Wilk was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Wilk served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Geoffrey Gaulkin, Presiding Judge, Appellate Division, New Jersey Superior Court.
Mr. Wilk's publications include Seeing The Words And Hearing The Music: Contradictions In The Construction Of 17 U.S.C. Section 110(5), 45 Rutgers L. Rev. (1993).
