Abigail James handles complex litigation matters in Federal and New York State courts.

Abigail’s litigation experience includes high-profile commercial property insurance disputes and class action securities litigation. She drafts complaints, answers and affirmative defenses, conducts and defends depositions, and prepares settlement documents.

Abigail provides pro bono services to clients of the Migration Resource Center, where she evaluates cases and prepares applications and legal briefs. Prior to law school, Abigail worked in high-technology start-ups as a consultant and account manager.
