Candace Arrington is an associate at Phillips Nizer LLP aligned with the Intellectual Property, Entertainment, and Corporate & Business Law Practices.
Candace assists members of our practices in their representation of a broad range of clients across a variety of industries. These include, consumer goods; fashion, apparel, and jewelry manufacturers; actors, musical performers, authors, and photographers. She also assists in copyright and trademark litigation preparation; trademark maintenance; and the protection of clients’ rights of publicity and privacy.
Candace holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where she served as President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Association, a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow, and in the Pro Bono Honors program. As a third year law student, Candace worked as a student attorney for Suffolk's Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic where she advised clients on copyright fair use issues, United States Patent and Trademark Office matters, and represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She holds a B.A. from Spelman College.
