Jeremy Siegfried is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department in the New York office. 

Jeremy’s practice spans a range of complex civil and criminal matters in which he represents clients in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including drafting motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.  He represents corporations, individuals and financial institutions in white collar criminal defense matters, internal investigations, securities and commercial litigation matters initiated by the SEC, CFTC, DOJ and New York Attorney General.  Jeremy advises clients on pre-litigation strategy and settlement negotiations and provides advice to clients regarding corporate goals and strategies.

While in law school, Jeremy worked at the Cornell Capital Clinic and in the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Educational Opportunities Section, enforcing federal school desegregation orders and school discipline initiatives.
