Leah Frankel
Associate
Leah Frankel is an associate and member of Phillips Nizer’s litigation practice group. Her practice spans a broad range of civil and criminal litigation matters, in which she represents clients in all stages of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, conducting pre-trial discovery and motion practice, and appeals.
Leah joined the firm from the New York City Law Department, Tort Division. She holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court Honor Society and was the National Champion of the 2017 Tulane Moot Court Competition. She holds a B.A. in Linguistics and Environmental Studies from the City University of New York, with a minor in Business and Liberal Arts.RECOGNITION
