Represented the Purchaser of a fully tenanted office building in Secaucus for the purchase price of $56,000,000.00, financed by member mortgage loans and the assumption of the Seller’s $50,000,000.00 mortgage.
Represented the Sponsor in the conversion of a 26 story high-rise apartment building in Jersey City to a residential/commercial condominium and in the closings of title to the individual condominium units.
Represented the Mahwah Planning Board in four related litigation matters before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division challenging the adoption of an Ordinance creating an Overlay Zone for the 100+ acre International Crossroads site.
Represented the Mahwah Planning Board in litigation before the Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division and Appellate Division challenging the adoption of a series of ordinances dating back to 2000 which attempted to rezone certain non-residential areas within the Township of Mahwah.
