Rachel Bandli is an associate in the Litigation Department at Phillips Nizer LLP. She clerked for Justice Wilhelmina M. Wright of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Since joining Phillips Nizer in 2017, Rachel has worked primarily in the area of general commercial litigation. Prior to joining Phillips Nizer, Rachel was an associate at a national law firm specializing in intellectual property.
Rachel holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as Formatting Editor for the Science & Technology Law Review. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the United States Department of Justice, Judge Eric Vitaliano of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and Judge Robert Sack of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Rachel holds an A.B. from Harvard College.
