Alexandra Domina is an Associate in the Trusts & Estates Department, where she focuses on complex estate administration, and estate and gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, including for high net worth families and individuals.
Having been a Trusts & Estates Paralegal and Fiduciary Accountant for many years, Ms. Domina has broad experience in all aspects of probate, estate and trust administration, informal and judicial fiduciary accountings, and the preparation of complex estate tax returns. She also was involved in several significant Federal estate tax audits. As a result of having handled estates with extensive art collections, working with the major auction houses, and interfacing with the Internal Revenue Service on the art valuations, Ms. Domina is well-versed in art-related issues.
Ms. Domina earned her Law Degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University College of Law and her L.L.M. in Taxation from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and the Russian Federation.
