Sean Vallancourt is an associate in the Litigation Department at Phillips Nizer LLP. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has been engaged on matters in a wide variety of practice areas, including contracts, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, licensing, restrictive covenants, employment, environmental, immigration, administrative law, and commercial arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, Sean interned at AT&T Inc. and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
Sean holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. In addition, he served as a Teaching Director for the Youth Education Program and was the Pit Orchestra Director for the Penn Law Light Opera Company. He holds a B.S. from Northeastern University, where he studied political science and music industry.
