"Workouts and Bankruptcies in Turbulent Times: Be Prepared," presented by Banking & Finance Practice chair and partner, Sandra J. DuBoff, and Henry Condell, partner in the Firm's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice, was the focus at the February 18, 2009 Chinese American Bankers Association (CABA) luncheon in New York City. Key issues including Due Diligence, Forebearance and Pre-Negotiation Agreements, as well as Automatic Stay, Cash Collateral, Adequate Protection and DIP Financing, were highlights of the presentation.
CABA is a not-for-profit organization in New York State. Members are professionals in the banking, finance, including investment management, and service providers of those industries. Ms. DuBoff has been a member of the Chinese American Bankers Association for several years and is a member of its board of directors. Mr. Condell is a member of several organizations including the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
