On Thursday, March 18, Phillips Nizer will host "Fashion and The Law: A guide to the laws affecting fashion companies", a panel presentation featuring co-authors of the recently released Fairchild Book, Fashion Law: A Guide for Designers, Fashion Executives, and Attorneys, including Donald L. Kreindler, partner and member of the Fashion Practice. The breakfast program will be held at the firm's New York City office from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Joining Mr. Kreindler will be the book's co-editors, Guillermo C. Jimenez, J.D., Professor, Fashion Institute of Technology and Barbara Kolsun, Esq., E.V.P. & General Counsel, Stuart Weitzman LLC, as well as co-authors George Gottlieb, Esq. and Marc P. Misthal, Esq., partners at Gottlieb, Rackman & Reisman, P.C. Each panelist will present on specific areas of their expertise they covered in the book.
