To Be A Featured Speaker at the National Realty Club Program
NEW YORK Donald P. Perry, partner and chair of Phillips Nizers Trusts & Estates Department will speak at the National Realty Club, Inc.s May 18 panel discussion, Estate and Gift Planning for Real Estate Professionals, being held at the Williams Club of New York, 24 East 39th Street at 12 Noon.
Mr. Perry joined Phillips Nizer in 2000. His experience within the areas of trusts and estates is both varied and extensive. His practice encompasses emphasis on lifetime giving and estate planning, and the representation of individual and corporate executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Perry is involved in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns and has handled numerous Federal estate tax audits both at the agent and appellate level. He is also an advisor with respect to the planning for charitable gifts, both outright and in trust.
Mr. Perry is a Member of the Estate Planning Council of the City of New York, Inc. and other professional organizations and has served as a lecturer for various organizations and accounting firms. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
