Through her practice in general litigation, Elizabeth A. Adinolfi has developed significant experience in the use of technology to facilitate litigation and with the legal and technological issues particular to electronic discovery. In 2006, she co-authored, "'E' is Key! Don't view e-discovery as a complicated, expensive burden but as part of an efficient litigation system that everyone can now use," an article published in the New York Law Journal.
Ms. Adinolfi also has an active pro bono practice, providing appellate representation on behalf of Sanctuary for Families Center for Battered Womens Legal Services. In 2004, she was honored by the organization for her "extraordinary work" relating to two cases on behalf of the Center's clients.
Prior to joining Phillips Nizer, Ms. Adinolfi clerked for the Honorable Russell A. Anderson of the Minnesota Supreme Court and was an associate with the firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
