Barry H. Fishkin is a senior partner in the Corporate and Intellectual Property Departments.
Mr. Fishkin has more than 25 years of experience representing Asian based companies in their dealings in and with the United States and represents many of their United States subsidiaries. He travels regularly to the Far East in connection with that aspect of his practice. He also represents public and privately held domestic corporations in a wide range of industries, including, among others, manufacturing, distribution and service companies. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, complex purchase and distribution arrangements, commercial finance, joint ventures, property leasing, corporate governance, trademark and technology, licensing and patent, trademark and copyright matters.
He is a member of the patent bar, and chairs the firm’s trademark prosecution practice. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its International Law Section.
