Neil C. Kleinhandler concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits and ERISA matters.  He works closely with the employee plans branch of the Internal Revenue Service and has obtained, volume submitter status for qualified pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans sponsored by the firm.  Mr. Kleinhandler has lectured on various topics related to qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans and estate planning issues that affect retirement plan assets.  He also devotes substantial time in assisting the firm's matrimonial and trust and estates departments in complex tax matters. 

Mr. Kleinhandler has represented emerging growth companies and has assisted them in obtaining financing and subsequently taking them public.  He has strong ties to the financial community in New York City.
