Andrew J. Tunick is a senior partner in the Corporate Department and serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee and Finance Committee. He joined the Firm in 1968 after graduation from Columbia Law School and has been a partner since 1973.
Mr. Tunick represents both foreign and domestic corporations, partnerships, other business entities and individuals in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including licensing, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' and partnership agreements, distribution agreements, employment agreements, financing agreements, security agreements and also trademark and intellectual property matters.
His clientele includes foreign and domestic apparel designers, manufacturers and distributors, jewelry designers and manufacturers, fragrance and cosmetics companies, retail enterprises, footwear designers and manufacturers, and licensing representatives.
