Arts & Minds Honors Richard P. Kaye For His Pro Bono Counsel and Board Member Service

Phillips Nizer is pleased to announce that Richard P. Kaye, a senior partner in its litigation department, will be honored by Arts & Minds at its annual fundraising event on October 4, 2023 for his dedication in supporting the organization’s mission and growth as a Board Member and pro bono counsel since 2010.  Richard will be stepping down from his position on the Board after thirteen years of service.
Arts & Minds is a not-for-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias as well as their caregivers.  Executive Director, Carolyn Halpin-Healy commented, “Richard has been there for us from the beginning, helping us to initially form our nonprofit and continuously offering his counsel as our organization has grown.  We are so grateful to Richard for his support and continued friendship”.
Richard has said that “I feel privileged to have been part of such a wonderful organization and am truly humbled by this recognition.”
