Judith Swartz is an Associate in the Litigation Practice at Phillips Nizer LLP.

Judith represents corporate and individual clients in federal courts, state courts, and alternative dispute resolution forums throughout the country. Her practice involves a variety of complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, real estate, business torts, defamation, and intellectual property matters.
 
Judith is a magna cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Brooklyn Law School’s Journal of Law and Policy. She received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, graduating magna cum laude with a double major in Political Science and Spanish while minoring in Global Studies.
 
Prior to joining Phillips Nizer, Judith was an associate at a prominent mid-size firm in the Financial District.
