Phillips Nizer Corporate Team Represents OHM Concession Group in Transaction Agreement with Hudson Group
11/07/2019Phillips Nizer recently represented OHM Concession Group in the negotiation of a transaction agreement for the acquisition of a controlling interest in OHM by an affiliate of the Hudson Group, a New York Stock Exchange company and a major operator of travel related retail stores focused on transportation centers throughout the United States. OHM is a highly regarded food and beverage concessions operator, based in St. Louis, MO, which develops and operates restaurants in some of the busiest airports in the United States. The company’s experience covers the operations of temporary facilities during construction of permanent units to grand opening and ongoing management of both original concept and established brand restaurants in airports and other transportation hubs. When completed, the transaction will enable OHM and Hudson to continue the growth of their closely related businesses. The Firm’s corporate team was led by partner Edward H.
