​Phillips Nizer LLP White Collar Criminal Defense practice chair Ilene Jaroslaw will be moderating a panel on "Internal Investigations on the Cutting Edge: Perspectives From The Front" on Thursday, August 8 at 4 p.m. at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association in San Francisco.

As corporations look to avoid regulatory and criminal punishment for potential misdeeds, internal investigations have become a critical tool to preemptively uncover wrongdoing and to proactively offer cooperation when a governmental action commences.
