Jason Plotkin is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Litigation practices and is a resident of the New York office.
Jason is a registered Patent Attorney. His practice focuses on all aspects of patent prosecution and litigation, with a focus on electronics and software technologies, including flat panel displays, semiconductors, software, e-commerce and financial technologies.Jason works with inventors, in-house counsel, experts and other stakeholders to protect their intellectual property and defend their companies from infringement lawsuits.
Jason is a member of The New York Intellectual Property Law Association and was formerly an Examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
