Phillips Nizer Achieves Mansfield Certification Plus06/13/2023
Phillips Nizer, in its continued efforts to create and support a diverse leadership, is proud to announce the achievement of Mansfield Certification Plus status.
The Mansfield Certification, facilitated by Diversity Lab, recognizes the structural changes and actions firms take over an 18-month period to broaden the slate of talent considered in hiring efforts and for internal leadership roles.
Certification “Plus” status indicates that, in addition to successfully meeting basic requirements, Phillips Nizer has achieved 30% representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in current leadership roles and pathway activities.
