Candace Arrington is a law clerk at Phillips Nizer LLP focusing in the areas of corporate and business law, intellectual property law and entertainment law.
Candace provides research support to our Corporate & Business Law, Intellectual Property Law and Entertainment Law Practices. These teams represent a broad range of businesses, arts and entertainment talent; non-profit entities, fashion, actors, musical performers, authors, publishers, illustrators, and photographers.
Candace holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School where she served as President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Association, a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow, and in the Pro Bono Honors program. As a third year law student, Candace worked as a student attorney for Suffolk's Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic where she advised clients on copyright fair use issues, United States Patent and Trademark Office matters, and represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She holds a B.A. from Spelman College.
