Ms. Birnbaum joins the Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate Law Practices
Phillips Nizer LLP is pleased to welcome Courtney L. Birnbaum as a counsel in the Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate Law Practices. Ms. Birnbaum will advise established businesses and entrepreneurs on a broad array of matters, including structuring, financings, day to day operational and contract matters, intellectual property licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.

Ms. Birnbaum, a former restaurant and nightclub entrepreneur, graduated with honors from the New England School of Law and earned an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Fordham University and an MBA from American University; she received her undergraduate degree in Management and Finance from Case Western Reserve University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
