Michael W. Galligan Presented at an International Conference on Wills Substitutes in Lausanne

On September 8, 2026 Andrea Bonomi and the Centre for Comparative, European and International Law of the University of Lausanne held a conference "Wills Substitutes” in comparative and private international law.

Michael W. Galligan, co-chair of the Trusts & Estates Department at Phillips Nizer, presented on The US “non-probate revolution” from the perspective of New York law.
