David B. Feldman Honored with Election to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers

New York, NY – July 30, 2026 – Phillips Nizer is pleased to announce that David B. Feldman has been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (CLEL). The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers is a non-profit professional association honoring the leading lawyers nationwide in the practice of Labor and Employment Law. Fellows are recognized as distinguished members of the labor and employment community who promote achievement, advancement, and excellence in the practice by setting standards of professionalism and civility, by sharing their experience and knowledge and by acting as a resource for academia, the government, the judiciary, and the community at large.

David is a partner in the Employment & Labor Law Practice with extensive experience counseling and, where necessary, defending employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies at the federal, state, and local levels.  His clients include companies and corporations in the hospitality, financial services, entertainment, fashion, retail, medical, and publishing industries.

He is one of 52 Labor and Employment attorneys to be elected a Fellow this year in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the one such attorney to be elected from the State of New York.
