    • Represented Latin-American pharmaceutical marketing company in trade secrets litigation against American health information services brand for the theft of pharmaceutical marketing company’s proprietary physicians and Salesforce databases. 
    • Represented artist in copyright and trade dress infringement litigation against well-known toy brand concerning the unauthorized replication of artist’s custom jacket design in the toy set. 
    • Defended well-known performer in trademark dispute brought by musician concerning the use of trademark in connection with sale of performer-branded merchandise. 
    • Successfully defended restaurant franchisor in trademark litigation brought by restaurant entity concerning the use of trademark in connection with marketing restaurant services, resulting in settlement.
    • Successfully represented produce grower and shipper in litigation against produce distributor concerning the use of trademark in connection with the sale of produce, resulting in settlement. 
    • Successfully defended foreign government in declaratory judgment action concerning ownership of ancient marble statue.
    • Represented photographer in high-profile copyright litigation against artist foundation concerning whether artist’s use of photograph constituted fair use.
