Phillips Nizer is proud to announce that Managing Partner Marc A. Landis has been named to City & State New York’s 2026 Manhattan Power 100 list, which recognizes the borough’s most influential leaders in government, business, law, advocacy, and the nonprofit sector.
Marc recently marked his 20th anniversary at Phillips Nizer’s, where he co-chairs the Real Estate and Israel Practices and is a member of the Corporate Practice. He was recognized for his exceptional legal skills, civic leadership, and steadfast commitment to New York City. Last year, he was unanimously appointed by the New York City Council as the Democratic Commissioner of Elections for the County of New York.
