Partnership Disputes

Our experience has taught us that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to partnership disputes.  In addition to the often-complex legal issues involved, disputes between or among partners can be emotionally fraught, and often require keeping a business operational as a going concern even as the parties litigate or try to resolve their differences.

We are poised to act as fierce adversaries, practical negotiators, or hardline advocates – and all of the above – depending on the client’s needs and what each unique situation calls for.  In all cases, however, one thing remains consistent: we serve our clients with creativity, pragmatism, and careful attention to detail, with our clients’ interests as our paramount concern and a view toward resolving each dispute or problem in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible.
